The EXC-8000cPCI/xx card for Compact PCI systems supports up to thirty ARINC-825 (Canbus) module. The M8K825can provides a complete solution for developing and testing canbus interfaces. The module supports up to five ARINC 825 channels. In receive mode, the module stores all or selected messages with status and Time Tag information appended to each message. In transmit mode, the module operates via a transmit Bandwidth Frame which allows scheduling of data transmissions and reduces the need for host computer intervention.
The EXC-8000cPCI/xx is supplied with C drivers, including source code and may be used with Exalt, Excalibur’s Analysis and Laboratory Tools, a Windows monitoring application.
Mating connectors and cable adapters for I/O connection can be purchased seperately.

"xx” specifies the modules ordered with the carrier board.
"-E" added to the end of the part number specifies extended temperature (-40° to +85°C) option.
"-001" added to the end of the part number specifies conformal coating option.
