In light of new realities, we would like to update you on the steps Excalibur Systems is taking to ensure the health of our employees and our ability to continue to properly service our customers.
Most of our employees, including production employees, are back in the office. We have added physical barriers in the few cases where employees work in a common area. We supply masks, gloves and Alcogel in multiple accessible locations, A temperature taking station is located at our front entrance. About a third of our employees still work at home and we don’t intend to change this for the foreseeable future.
So far, none of our employees have contracted Corona, a few employees have been in isolation due to potential exposure to others. We have a clear policy of having no penalty for those in isolation to encourage people to enter isolation if it is called for.
Our on-time delivery schedule has continued to be excellent throughout the entire Corona outbreak.
Our service department will be working remotely; we do ask that service requests use email rather than telephone.
As of the moment our own suppliers have told us they anticipate no delays in our own orders.
Our parts inventory is higher than usual and covers all current backorders.
