In light of new realities, we would like to update you on the steps Excalibur Systems is taking to ensure the health of our employees and our ability to continue to properly service our customers.
Most of our employees, including production employees, are working from home. We have provided each employee with the equipment they need to continue performing their jobs. Final quality checks are still being done in the office to ensure that our high quality standards are not being compromised in any way.
Our manufacturing department has completed and tested over 90% of orders due through the end of April.
Our service department will be working remotely; we do ask that service requests use email rather than telephone.
Those employees who do come into the office all have separate areas in which to work and can maintain a distance from each other far in excess of the minimum recommended by the board of health.
All meetings take place over Skype or Zoom.
As of the moment our own suppliers have told us they anticipate no delays in our own orders.
Our parts inventory is higher than usual and covers all current backorders.
We wish all of our customers the best of health in these difficult times.
