2000PCI multi-protocol

ARINC-429 / 575 & more!

This cost effective board supports up to 2 modules, each module represents an independent test and simulation device.

Modules available include ARINC-429, ARINC 708, Serial, Discrete and CAN bus. The EXC-2000PCI will, for example, be possible to control 20 ARINC-429 channels and 20 discrete I/O from a single board. Most modules are dual port RAM processor based and offer a simple and powerful interface to the card.

The EXC-2000PCI is supplied with C drivers, including source code. Mating connector provided for I/O connection.

The DAS-429ccPMC/RTx is a conduction cooled PMC card which supports five, ten, fifteen or twenty ARINC-429 channels. The DAS-429ccPMC/RTxD is a conduction cooled PMC card which supports five, ten or fifteen ARINC-429 channels and eight Discretes [4 Inputs and 4 Outputs]. Each ARINC-429 channel is software selectable to act as receive or transmit.

Protocol Converter

The MACC is a complete Miniature Airborne Communications Converter designed to convert bi-directional messages. The MACC converts messages between: MIL-STD-1553 to/from Serial (RS-232,422,485), MIL-STD-1553 to/from ARINC-429, ARINC-429 to/from Serial, and Serial to/from Serial.

The EXC-708ccPMC is an ARINC-708 /453 interface board for conduction cooled PCI Mezzanine Card systems. The board supports two or four ARINC-708 /453 channels. Each of the channels can be programmed either as transmit or receive. Each channel implements an 8K×16 FIFO and supports polling and/or interrupt driven operation.

The EXC-1553PCMCIA/Px is a multi-channel (up to two) MIL-STD-1553 interface board for PCMCIA compatible computers. Each dual redundant MIL-STD-1553 channel can operate simultaneously as a Bus Controller and up to 32 Remote Terminals and as a Triggerable Monitor.

The card supports up to six programmable ARINC-429 channels as above for the DAS-429PCMCIA/RT10. In addition the card supports any combination of four bidirectional input and output discrete channels. Input channels are user-selectable to TTL (0-5V) or Avionics (0-32V) voltage levels. Output channels are open collector, capable of handling up to 32V with a maximum sink current of 100 milliamperes each.

The discrete channels contain control I/O registers that are memory mapped and can be accessed in realtime.

The EXC-4000P104plus is a multiprotocol P104plus interface board for avionics test and simulation applications. Each board holds up to five independent modules including MIL-STD-1553 (single or multi function), MIL-STD-1760 (multi function), MMSI, H009, ARINC-429, ARINC-708 /453, Serial (RS485, RS422 or RS232), CANbus and Discretes. Ideal for embedded systems.

FireWire - IEEE 1394b

The EXC-1394PCIe card for the PCI Express bus is an intelligent test and simulation card for interfacing to an IEEE-1394 data bus. It implements a 1394b PHY layer, operating at 100, 200, or 400 Mbps.

The EXC-1394PCIe card supports up to three fully independent nodes; each node having three full duplex ports associated with it, and 2 MB of memory for message data and control registers.

MIL-STD-1553 Bus Switch

MIL-STD-1553 Bus Switches are devices that enable system architecture to be reconfigured. This reconfiguration is mostly accomplished in the test environment and includes but is not limited to simulation of missile firing and switching in or out a new section of bus interface.
